Dollar Bill
Dollar Bill is one of Dr. Inferno's new henchmen from Agents 2.0. He and his henchwoman, Dyna-Mite, come with set 8968 River Heist. Many fans assumed that Dollar Bill and Dyna-Mite are a married couple in crime. Dollar Bill and Dyna-Mite stole some money from the Lego City Bank, but they hadn't counted on Agent Fuse coming.
